Injury induced population of muscle-derived stem cell-like cells (iMuSCs)
かつてSTAP細胞の論文を掲載し取り下げたネイチャー誌を発行するネイチャー・パブリッシング・グループのオープン・アクセス・ジャーナル「サイエンティフィック・リポーツ」に“Characterization of an Injury Induced Population of Muscle-Derived Stem Cell-Like Cells“（doi:10.1038/srep17355）と題する論文が2015年11月27日に発表されました。筋肉を傷付けたあとで取り出して培養すると、筋肉に分化していた細胞が脱分化して多能性を獲得した細胞（iMuSCs）ができたという内容です。
“changes in microenvironmental factors, such as skeletal muscle with injuries, can partially reprogram terminally differentiated myogenic cells into a pluripotent-like state”（doi:10.1038/srep17355）
