PLOS ONE accepts scientifically rigorous research, regardless of novelty. PLOS ONE’s broad scope provides a platform to publish primary research, including interdisciplinary and replication studies as well as negative results. … PLOS ONE will rigorously peer-review your submissions and publish all papers that are judged to be technically sound.(PLOS ONE Jounral Information)

Scientific Reports (2011 June-)

Referees and Editorial Board Members will determine whether a paper is scientifically valid, rather than making judgements on significance or whether the submission represents a conceptual advance. (Scientific Reports Aims & scope)
